WHAT WE DO

Threat Assessment

This allows RED3 to look at your venue to prepare for the later training sessions. RED3 will identify weaknesses on perimeter, entryways and any potential threats throughout the building. They will make recommendations for access control, security personnel, key for entry and lockdown procedures. They will assess which rooms should be lockdowns / safe rooms and where employees should run based on where the shooting is taking place. They can also give advice on armed security and CCW options.

Classroom Training

This will be a PowerPoint presentation to cover the following topics; historical and current trends, mentality of shooters and victims +how to use this to our advantage, FBI statistics, run/hide/fight video +breakdown and detailing on each aspect of RHF, specific advise based on your venue and Q&A

Live Scenario Training

Stress inoculation training using real guns shooting blank rounds (Loud, REAL sounds) to allow participants to recognize and distinguish the sound of gun shots. Scenarios will likely be done in three stages – run / hide / fight – rotating employees through each. Scenario will include role players and safety officers. Scenarios will be followed by a briefing for all participants. RED3 will contact local law enforcement prior to the training date.
