RED3 Tactical group strives to make your workplace, school, place of worship and anywhere you find yourself, a safer place to be. We focus on mindset and situational awareness, concepts that one can take with them and use on a day to day basis. Our training involves three phases:
1. An on-site walk through threat assessment of your venue. We will identify any weak spots or security concerns on your site. We will then create a comprehensive report with recommendations on how to fix the issues. This walk through also allows us to determine the amount of instructors needed to safely conduct the scenario based training.
2. PowerPoint classroom presentation that covers a historical look at active shooters, statistics, and the basic tenants of the RUN HIDE FIGHT theory. Instructors use real life experiences and tactical training to enhance the best practices as subscribed to by the Department of Homeland Security.
3. On-site scenario based training. We believe this is the perfect follow up to the classroom training. Your employees will hear actual gunfire, (LOUD blank rounds fired out of a real gun) in and around the areas they work everyday. They will be faced with a role playing bad guy who is actively looking for them in their work space. RUN HIDE FIGHT methods will be used by the employees and discussed after the scenarios are run. It is outstanding stress inoculation training that is invaluable should something real happen in the future. We come to your facility during closed business hours to ensure the safety of the public, and contact local law enforcement to advise them of the live fire training to be conducted.
